Spiritual Gardening

******************************************************************************************************************************************

This page is devoted to all of us tending our Spiritual Gardens.

The Garden of Eden is inside of us all. We just have to work it.

How do we work it?

While attending a class here at the shop, one of the facilitator's read us a list of

"The Things We Know" and I wanted to share it with you:

These Things I Know:

Breath

Prayer

Meditation

Visualization

Sincerity

Daily Meditation

Grounding

Being open to what comes

Ceremony

Protection

Trusting myself and Spirit

I have this list where I can see it everyday upon waking, and every evening upon retiring.

I read it over and over again and sometimes meditate on just one thing in the list.

You can try this, too. I assure you that it will help you till your inner Earth and help prepare you to further your inward journey.

Another great way to plant seeds in our own Spiritual Gardens is to give our thanks...our blessings...our gratitude. Spirit LOVES to hear "Thank you."

And, so do we. While raking your gardens and prepping the soil, take time for gratitude.

Thank you Spirit for everything I have had, I do have and I will have. And, thank you for being in my daily life.

For with you, everything grows!

My loved one asks, Where did you go?"

To that question…I do not know!

A place of warmth, colors and stones,

A simple reminder, we're never alone.

Where music plays sweetly, the vibration so unique,

As if to say,"I have what you seek."

While browsing, no soaring amongst the shelves,

Along comes this knowing--- I've come for myself.

The sensation is familiar, a place that I know!

But where is it really…

Where did I go?

A smell all around me, yet what does it yield?

I'm rolling and laughing in lavender fields.

Wait! Just a minute. It will come to me soon!

Ah, but, of course. I went to the

Back Door to the Moon.

Thank you, Jenn. This really captures the Spirit of Back Door!
